Orlando International Airport: match the terminal and supplier
Check the airport on your flight confirmation and select Orlando International Airport (MCO) for an MCO rental. Read the exact collection location before paying; a result for the Orlando area does not necessarily mean a counter at your arrival airport.
MCO lists on-airport rental companies as well as off-airport companies reached by shuttle. Pickup and return arrangements vary by supplier and terminal. Save your booking directions and use the official MCO rental-car directory to orient yourself. Avoid relying on one generic floor or garage instruction for every rental.
Before returning, confirm the correct rental-car entrance and your departure terminal. Allow time for fuel, inspection, any shuttle and the journey to check-in. If arriving late, ask the supplier what happens after a flight delay.
Choose your Florida toll-payment route before driving
Ask how the supplier’s toll programme works: when it activates, which service fees apply, and how tolls are billed. Include those charges in your comparison. Choosing another method requires following the rental company’s instructions so the same journey is not charged through two programmes.
Visitor Toll Pass is a conditional option. Its official FAQ says it serves travellers picking up and returning a rental at MCO with participating on-airport companies.
