Before return

  Meet the agreed fuel condition, keep the receipt and allow time to reach the return point.

  Record the vehicle condition and fuel level again, and attend the inspection when available.
• Belongings and keys
  Check the cabin and boot, and follow the documented key-return procedure.
• Final paperwork
  Keep the return record, receipts and final statement; follow up on unexplained charges or deposit delays.
